NewtriFlow Studies Show Benefits for Cardiovascular Health & Metabolic Syndrome

Studies with a protein hydrolysate from egg white revealed benefits for cardiovascular health and metabolic syndrome/pre-diabetes. NWT-03 — trade name NewtriFlow — is a natural ingredient from egg white produced through a proprietary enzymatic hydrolysis process.

Three placebo-controlled, double-blind, clinical studies (involving over 200 subjects) performed by leading universities and hospitals have shown that NewtriFlow has a beneficial effect on four of the five risk factors of metabolic syndrome.

These results demonstrated a decrease of triglycerides by 18%; reduction of blood glucose levels/increase of insulin sensitivity; blood pressure reduction; relaxation of blood vessels; and increase of low HDL cholesterol.

In addition to the studies in humans, several studies were conducted in animals to elucidate mechanisms of action and to get a feeling for long term effects. These studies showed a protective effect of NewtriFlow on the kidneys of diabetic rats as a consequence of the beneficial effect on the vasculature and blood biochemistry.
